Client Referral Program – Terms & Participation Agreement

Welcome to the Ascension Salon Suites Client Referral Program, a marketing and client-acquisition initiative designed to help our salon owners grow their businesses through digital walk-ins, online exposure, and referrals generated by the Ascension platform. Participation in this program is optional but required for inclusion on the Ascension Salon Suites website and app directory. By joining, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1️⃣ Program Overview

The Client Referral Program connects new and returning clients with participating salon owners through the Ascension Salon Suites App and related digital channels.

• Participating salon owners are featured on the Ascension website and mobile app with a full professional profile.

• Client bookings are managed through the Ascension system, which handles appointment requests and deposits.

2️⃣ Referral Fee Structure

• A 20 % referral fee applies to all services booked through the Ascension App.

• The referral fee is deducted from the listed service price, not added to the client’s cost.

• Example: For a $100 service, Ascension collects a $20 deposit (referral fee) at booking, and $80 is paid to the salon owner at the time of service.

This fee supports Ascension’s marketing, advertising, booking infrastructure, and client-management system that drive new customers to participating professionals.

3️⃣ Eligibility & Participation

• Only salon owners who opt in via the Ascension Profile Submission Form are eligible for public listing and referral bookings.

• Participation grants permission for Ascension to publish your business name, photos, and service information on Ascension’s digital platforms.

• Non-participating salon owners remain part of the internal property roster but will not appear in the public online directory or app listings.

4️⃣ Marketing, Media & Content Usage

By participating in the Ascension Salon Suites Client Referral Program, you grant Ascension Salon Suites, its affiliates, and authorized partners a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use your:

• Name, business name, image, and likeness

• Photos, videos, service descriptions, and brand materials

in connection with all Ascension Salon Suites promotional, marketing, and advertising materials, including but not limited to:

• The Ascension website and mobile app

• Social-media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Digital and print advertisements

• Email campaigns and other marketing collateral

This permission includes the creation of derivative works (such as promotional videos, digital flyers, and advertisements) solely for the purpose of promoting you, your services, and the Ascension brand. Ascension will make reasonable efforts to ensure all promotional uses are professional, accurate, and aligned with the company’s brand standards.

5️⃣ Payments & Payouts

• Ascension manages client deposits and referral-fee deductions automatically through the app.

• The remaining service balance is payable directly to the salon owner at the time of service.

• Ascension does not hold or distribute funds beyond the initial referral portion.

6️⃣ Program Updates & Termination

• Either party may end participation at any time with reasonable notice.

• Outstanding client bookings made through the app prior to termination will be honored under these terms.

• Ascension may update program terms periodically; the latest version will always be posted on this page.

7️⃣ Acknowledgment

By selecting “Yes, I’d like to participate in the Ascension Client Referral Program” on the submission form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
